Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update within 3 business days.
